As one enters 14 Raeford, one is immediately struck with a sense of light and water as they play an integral role in the design of this home. The canal is a deep water canal – perfect for boating, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing and the like. 14 Raeford has a great dock with a fish cleaning station and swimming ladder. This canal is also unique in that it opens immediately into the Intracoastal Waterway, where a whole new world of adventures awaits. Also important, is the fact that 14 Raeford has direct access to the beach and is one of the few accesses that has a sand mat extending out onto the beach for ease of mobility for beach carts and disability purposes. At this Raeford Street beach access, there is a covered gazebo where those that prefer to enjoy the sea breezes without the sand and sun, can sit and enjoy!
